- PIYORESORT INC Terms and Conditions of Use
- In order to ensure the safety and comfort of our guests, we have established the following terms of use in accordance with Article 9 of the Accommodation Agreement. Failure to abide by these terms and conditions may result in the cancellation of the accommodation contract.
- Terms of Use
- Use of the villa
- (1) No more than the maximum number of guests are allowed to stay in the villa.
(2) Please refrain from inviting friends who will not be staying at the villa to use the facilities.
(3)If you are found to be using the villa for more than the maximum number of guests, you will be asked to leave immediately and pay a penalty of 50,000 yen for each additional guest.
- About the Villa
- Smoking is only allowed outside. If any smells or marks caused by smoking are found, we may ask you to pay for house cleaning and replacement of bedding and fixtures. Please smoke in the designated smoking area. 2. Minors are not allowed to stay in the room alone. 3. No pets (animals) are allowed in this facility. If any pets are found, we will charge you 100,000 yen for sterilization and cleaning. 4. Equipment and fixtures of the villa are for rental only during the period of stay, and are not to be taken out of the villa. Please do not take them out of the villa. 5. 5. The following items, etc. are prohibited from being brought into the villa I. Hazardous materials such as gunpowder, explosives, gasoline, kerosene, chemicals, toxic gases, volatile oil, etc. (BBQ equipment not provided) ii. Putrid materials, filthy materials, or other materials that emit moisture, stench, odor, or odor (incense, etc.) iii. Guns or swords without a permit iv. Items in large quantities v. Other items prohibited by law 6. 6. In the event of damage, contamination, or loss of buildings, fixtures, or other items due to reasons other than force majeure, the guest may be required to pay an equivalent amount for the damage, contamination, or loss.
- Terms of Use

(1) Minors only are not allowed to use the facilities.
(2) Only users who have applied for use of the facilities in advance may use the facilities.
(3) Please refrain from any activities that may disturb public morals or public safety, or cause inconvenience to neighboring residents.
(4) Please refrain from selling goods, holding events, or other activities that may disturb public morals or public safety. Sales of goods, events, and other business activities (exhibitions, etc.) are not permitted.
(5) Antisocial activities are prohibited.
(6) if there is any disturbance to the neighborhood, such as yelling, etc., and the police are notified by the neighboring residents, you will be held legally responsible for all such incidents.
(7) We will not be held responsible for any accidents caused by the carelessness of the user, or accidents caused by the user's failure to follow these terms and conditions.
(8) the user is responsible for any damage, theft, or accident to the user's vehicle or items brought by the user.
(9) Please do not change or decorate the interior or exterior of the building.
(10) when returning to the facility after enjoying swimming or surfing, please use the outdoor shower to remove sand before entering the facility.
- Security precautions

(1) Please make sure that the locks are locked when you are in your room and especially when you go to bed. Please do not meet with visitors in the villa.
(2) You will be charged a fee of 50,000 yen per person for such visits.
(3) The facility is not responsible for any illness or injury sustained by guests while using the facility.
However, this does not apply to cases where the facility is at fault.
(4) These terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice due to changes in the facility's management policies or enactment or revision of related laws and regulations.
- Terms and Conditions of Accommodation
- Article 1 (Scope of Application)
- The accommodation contract and related contracts concluded by PIYORESORT (hereinafter referred to as “this facility”) with a guest shall be in accordance with the provisions of these clauses. 2. In the event that this facility agrees to a special agreement that is not contrary to law or custom, such special agreement shall prevail notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding paragraph.
- Article 2 (Application for accommodation contract)
- 1. A person who wishes to apply for a contract of accommodation at this facility shall provide the following items:
i. Name and contact information of the lodger
ii. Date of stay and estimated time of arrival
iii. Other items deemed necessary by the facility
2. In the event that the guest requests to continue his/her stay beyond the date of stay as specified in the second item of the preceding paragraph, this facility shall treat the request as a new application for a contract of stay.
- Article 3 (Formation of Accommodation Contract, etc.)

(1) The accommodation contract shall be established when this facility has accepted the preceding article (application for accommodation contract).
(2) When an accommodation contract has been established pursuant to the preceding paragraph, the accommodation charge determined by this facility shall be paid by the date designated by this facility
(3) In the event that the accommodation charge stipulated in paragraph 2 is not paid by the date designated by this facility pursuant to the provisions of the same paragraph, the accommodation contract shall lose its validity.
- Article 4 (Refusal to enter into an accommodation contract)

The facility may refuse to enter into a contract of accommodation in the following cases
i. When the application for accommodation is not in accordance with these clauses.
ii. When a reservation has already been made.
iii. When it is recognized that the person seeking accommodation is likely to conduct himself/herself in a manner contrary to the provisions of law, public order, or good morals in connection with the accommodation
iv. When it is recognized that the person who intends to stay falls under any of the following items (a) through (c). a. When it is recognized that the person who intends to stay falls under any of the following (a) through (c). (2) Boryokudan (organized crime groups), Boryokudan members as defined in Article 2, Item 6 of the same law (hereinafter referred to as “Boryokudanjin”), quasi-organized Boryokudan members, or Boryokudanin (organized crime groups) b. When the person seeking accommodation is a corporation or other organization whose business activities are controlled by Boryokudan or Boryokudan-involved persons c. When the person seeking accommodation is a corporation whose officers include Boryokudan-involved persons
v. When the person seeking accommodation has said or done something that causes significant inconvenience to other guests vi. When the person seeking accommodation has made a false statement
vi. When it is clearly recognized that the person seeking accommodation is a person with a contagious disease
vii. When a violent demand is made with regard to the accommodation, or when a burden exceeding a reasonable range is demanded.
viii. When the hotel is unable to accommodate the guest due to a natural disaster, breakdown of facilities, or other unavoidable reasons.
- Article 5 (The guest's right to cancel the contract)

1 The guest may cancel the accommodation contract by notifying the facility.
2. In the event that the guest cancels all or part of the accommodation contract due to reasons attributable to the guest (except in the event that the Rental Villa specifies the date of payment of the accommodation charge and requests payment thereof pursuant to Article 3, paragraph 2, and the guest cancels the accommodation contract prior to such payment), the Rental Villa shall charge the full amount of the cancellation fee regardless of the reason after the reservation is confirmed. In the case of a cancellation of a reservation (including the case where the reservation has been confirmed), the full amount of the cancellation fee will be charged, regardless of the reason, after the reservation has been confirmed. No refunds will be made after the reservation has been confirmed or after the room has been used.
3. If the guest does not arrive at the hotel by 8:00 p.m. on the day of stay (or 2 hours after the scheduled time of arrival, if such time has been specified in advance) without prior notice, the accommodation contract may be deemed cancelled by the guest.
4. If it is difficult to reach the accommodation due to traffic restrictions caused by weather, disasters, etc., it is possible to cancel the reservation without a cancellation fee, provided that the date is changed within 3 months.
- Article 6 (Right to Cancel the Contract of this Rental Villa)
- The facility may cancel the accommodation contract in the following cases
i. When it is recognized that the guest is likely to commit an act contrary to the provisions of law, public order, or good morals in connection with the accommodation, or when it is recognized that the guest has committed such an act.
ii. When it is recognized that the guest falls under any of the following (a) through (c). a. When a Boryokudan (organized crime group), Boryokudan member, Boryokudan quasi-organization member, or Boryokudan-related person or other anti-social force b. When a Boryokudan or Boryokudan member controls the business activities of a corporation or other organization c. When a corporation whose officers include a person who is a Boryokudan member
iii. When a guest uses language or conduct that causes significant trouble to other guests
iv. When it is clearly recognized that the lodger is a person with a contagious disease
v. When a violent act of demand is committed in connection with the accommodation, or when a burden exceeding a reasonable range is demanded.
vi. When the hotel is unable to accommodate the guest due to force majeure such as natural disasters, calamities, incidents, etc.
vii. When the guest does not comply with the prohibition of smoking in the room or bedroom, tampering with fire-fighting equipment, and other rules of use established by the facility (limited to those necessary for fire prevention).
- Article 8 (Hours of use of the rental villa)

The hours during which guests may use the facility shall be from 3:00 p.m. to 10:00 a.m. the following day (early check-in time is limited to 10:00 a.m. the following day). (Early check-in time is from 1:00 p.m.) However, in the case of consecutive stays, guests may use the facility all day, except for the day of arrival and the day of departure.
- Article 9 (Compliance with Rules of Use)
- Guests shall abide by the rules of use established by the facility while in the facility.
- Article 10 (Payment of Charges)
- 1. The room charge to be paid by the room guest shall be in accordance with the rates listed on this website and in each OTA's fee schedule.
2. The payment of the accommodation charge, etc. set forth in the preceding paragraph shall be made by the date designated by this reservation system in accordance with the designated payment method.
. the accommodation charge shall be charged even if the guest voluntarily does not stay at the accommodation after the facility has been provided and made available for use by the guest.
- Article 11 (Liability of the Rental Villa)
- The facility shall compensate for any damage caused to the guest in the performance of the accommodation contract and related agreements, or in the event of non-fulfillment of such agreements. However, this shall not apply when the damage is not caused by reasons attributable to the facility.
2. This facility has liability insurance in case of fire, etc.
- Article 12 (Storage of Guest's Luggage or Personal Effects)
- In the event that a guest's baggage or personal belongings are left at this facility after the guest has checked out, and the owner of the baggage or personal belongings is found, the hotel shall request instructions from the owner of the baggage or personal belongings. However, the owner shall bear any costs incurred for delivery, etc. If no owner's instructions are provided, or if the owner cannot be identified, the property will be held for 10 days from the date of discovery, after which it will be disposed of. Food, beverages, and disposable utensils will be disposed of on the same day.
- Article 13 (Responsibility for parking)
- When a guest uses the parking lot of the facility, the facility rents a space and is not responsible for the management of the vehicle.
- Article 14 (Liability of the guest)

(1) In the event that this facility suffers damages due to the intentional or negligent act of a guest, the guest shall compensate this facility for such damages.
(2) When using the sauna, guests are allowed to use the sauna with a water shower. Please be careful not to pour a large amount of water on the sauna at one time, as it may cause a malfunction. In the event that a malfunction occurs due to excessive water spraying, you will be responsible for the cost of repairs as well as the cost of lost work time.
