We have established certain criteria for free cancellations due to typhoons.
In principle, free cancellation is applied when public transportation is severely affected by the closure of Aqualine, Tateyama Expressway (expressway), JR Uchibo Line and Sotobo Line, etc., and it is practically impossible for you to come to the event.
In the event of a last-minute cancellation due to a typhoon, we also offer a free cancellation to those who can reschedule their stay for another date within 3 months of the planned date of stay.
However, this is limited to those customers who have notified us of the next date by the day before the scheduled stay.
In the case of rescheduling to another date, the difference between the amount already paid and the amount of the new stay will be settled.
