Cancellation Policy
Cancellation fees apply starting 7 days prior to your scheduled stay.
Please be aware.
If you must cancel your reservation, please contact us as soon as possible.
Please refrain from making tentative reservations.
・Cancellation 7 days prior to arrival: 50% charge
・Cancellation the day before/on arrival day or no-show: 100% charge
※Reductions in the number of nights or guests due to customer circumstances will also incur cancellation charges.

Important Notes
・Due to our location in a natural setting, despite our utmost care, insects may occasionally enter the premises.
Insect repellent is available for your use.
・If unreported guests are discovered in your reservation or join mid-stay, we will charge ¥50,000 per person after verification via security cameras.
Please note that visiting without staying overnight is also prohibited.
・Reservations must be made by the representative (organizer).
・Please refrain from making tentative reservations with the intention of canceling.
・Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. Smoking is permitted only on the outdoor terrace. (Please dispose of cigarette butts properly.)
・The use of fireworks that produce loud noises or launch into the air is prohibited.
・No refunds will be given for BBQ grills reserved but not used.
・We kindly ask that you wash and return any used dishes, pots, BBQ grills (including grills and griddle plates) to their original locations.
・Pets are not permitted. If discovered, you will be charged for cleaning and any damage to furniture.
・Please bring swimwear when using the sauna, pool, or cold bath. As these are outdoors, insects may enter.
Screens are provided for your use.
・Please never leave small children unattended in the pool or cold plunge.
We cannot be held responsible for any accidents, troubles, or injuries occurring at this facility.
・The sauna uses an electric heater.
Excessive use of the löyly (pouring water) may cause malfunction. -
For Safe Sauna Use
・Please wear swimwear when using the sauna.
・Refrain from using the sauna if you feel unwell.
・Alcohol consumption before using the sauna is strictly prohibited.
・Alcoholic beverages are not permitted in the sauna room.
・Remove all jewelry and accessories before entering the sauna to prevent burns. -
Sauna Usage Guidelines
・Before bathing or after an outdoor air bath, please wash your body in the shower before entering the sauna room.
・Pouring water onto the sauna stones (Löyly) will cause steam to rise rapidly. Please be careful to avoid burns.
・When pouring water onto the sauna stones (löyly), please use approximately one to two ladlefuls per session.
Pouring too much water at once causes it to hit the electric heater without evaporating, leading to malfunction.
Please be aware that if excessive water causes a malfunction, you will be responsible for repair costs plus any resulting business interruption damages. -
