A cancellation fee will be charged 7 days prior to the scheduled stay. Please understand this in advance.
If you must cancel your reservation, please contact us as soon as possible. Please refrain from making a tentative reservation.

Cancellation from the day before to the day of arrival or no-show: 100%.
Cancellation of a reservation for any reason is subject to a cancellation charge.

Precautions
・Please be aware that the property is located in a rich natural environment, and although we take the utmost precautions, there may be insect infestation. Insecticide is available for use.
・If we find out that an undeclared guest has made a reservation or joined a group on the way to the hotel, we will charge ¥50,000 per person after confirming the reservation with a security camera. Please note that it is prohibited to visit without staying overnight.
・Please make sure that the representative (organizer) makes the application.
・Please refrain from making reservations on the assumption that they will be cancelled.
・Smoking is not permitted indoors. Smoking is allowed on the outdoor terrace (please dispose of cigarette butts by yourself). （Please dispose of cigarette butts by yourself.)
・No fireworks or noisy fireworks are allowed.
・No refunds will be made in the event that a BBQ stove is reserved and not used.
・Please make sure to keep the fire in the designated area. Firewood is available for 2,000 yen per bundle.
・Please wash dishes, pots, BBQ stoves (nets, griddles), etc. after use and return them to their original locations.
・Pets are not allowed. If we find out, we will charge you for the cost of cleaning and furnishings.
・Please bring your own swimsuit when using the sauna, pool, and outdoor hot spring. In addition, since the baths are located outside, insects will inevitably enter the baths. We have nets available for your use.
・Please keep an eye on small children when they are in the pool or baths.
・We are not responsible for any accidents, problems, or injuries that may occur at our facilities.
・The sauna is equipped with an electric heater, which is set to turn off in 4 hours. -
For sauna safety
・Please wear a bathing suit when using the sauna.
・Please refrain from using the sauna if you are not feeling well.
・Please do not use the sauna after consuming alcohol.
・Alcohol is not allowed in the sauna room.
・Please do not wear jewelry or accessories in the sauna room, as they may cause burns. -
Use of the sauna
・lease wash your body in the shower before entering the sauna room. ・When water is sprinkled on the sauna stones (wax), steam is generated all at once. Please be careful not to burn yourself. ・When pouring water on the sauna stones (waxing), please only pour one to two ladlefuls of water at a time. Spraying all the water at once may cause the water to evaporate and splash on the electric heater, resulting in a malfunction. In the unlikely event that a stove is damaged due to excessive water application, please understand that you will be responsible for the cost of repairs and lost work time.
