If you have to cancel your reservation, please contact us as soon as possible. Please refrain from making a tentative reservation.
*A cancellation fee will be charged 7 days prior to the scheduled stay. Please understand this in advance.
Cancellation 7 days prior to arrival: 50% of the room charge
Cancellation from the day before to the day of the stay or no-show: 100%.
Cancellation policy will be changed during peak season. Please check the cancellation policy displayed at the time of reservation.
Please confirm the cancellation policy when you make a reservation.
Please note that we will charge ¥5,000 for every 30 minutes of delay in check-out time.
*Precautions
Please note that the hotel is located in a rich natural environment, and although we take the utmost care, there may be an infestation of insects. Insecticide is available for your use.
Please use the insecticide at your disposal.
In the event that an undeclared guest makes a reservation or joins a group in the middle of a stay, a fee of ￥50,000 per person will be charged after security cameras are installed. Please note that it is prohibited to visit without staying overnight.
Please make sure that the representative (organizer) makes the application.
Please refrain from making reservations on the assumption that they will be cancelled.
Smoking is not permitted indoors. Smoking is allowed on the outdoor terrace (please dispose of cigarette butts by yourself). （Please dispose of cigarette butts by yourself.)
No bonfires, fireworks, or noisy fireworks are allowed.
No refunds will be made in the event that a BBQ stove is reserved and not used. (The BBQ area will not be available in case of rain, in which case refunds will be made.)
We ask that all dishes, pots, BBQ stoves (nets, griddles), etc. be washed and returned to their original locations after use.
Pets are not allowed. If we find out, we will charge you for the cost of cleaning and furnishings.
Please bring your own swimsuit when using the sauna, pool, and outdoor hot spring. Also, since the baths are located outside, insects will inevitably enter the baths. We have prepared special sponges and tubs for your use.
Please do not leave small children unattended on the rooftop terrace. We are not responsible for any accidents, problems, or injuries that may occur at our facility.
The sauna is equipped with an electric heater, which is set to turn off in 4 hours, so please set it yourself.
Pets are not allowed in the sauna.
◆For sauna safety
Please use the sauna in a bathing suit.
Please refrain from using the sauna if you are not feeling well.
Please refrain from using the sauna if you are not in good physical condition.
Alcohol is not allowed in the sauna room.
Please do not wear jewelry or accessories in the sauna room as they may cause burns.
◆Using the sauna
Please wash your body in the shower when you enter the sauna room before or after taking a bath.
When water is sprinkled on the sauna stones (wax), steam is generated all at once. Please be careful not to burn yourself.
When pouring water on the sauna stones (waxing), please only pour one to two ladlefuls of water at a time. Spraying all the water at once may cause the water to evaporate and splash on the electric heater, resulting in a malfunction. In the unlikely event that a stove is damaged due to excessive water application, we ask for your understanding that in addition to repair costs, you will also be responsible for the cost of any lost work time.
