- This tour includes specialized eco-tourism liability insurance and accident insurance to ensure your peace of mind. Therefore, there is no need for you to purchase separate insurance coverage.
- Waterproof flashlights, first aid kits, and insect repellent spray are provided on this tour.

- Important Notes for Participants
- We kindly ask that you refrain from wearing sandals during coconut crab observation tours and recommend clothing that protects your skin, such as long sleeves and long pants.
- Please wear clothing that is less likely to cause injury when walking on rocky areas and grassy terrain.
- Tours will be canceled in case of heavy rain or thunderstorms. In light rain, the guide will determine whether the tour can proceed.
- Please refrain from directly touching wildlife, including coconut crabs, until instructed to do so by your guide.

Terms of Use and Cancellation Policy
- Please note that the following cancellation fees will apply for cancellations made at the customer's request.
- Cancellation the day before: 50%
- Same-day cancellation: 100%
- No-show: 100%

- In the event of tour cancellation due to severe weather (heavy rain or thunderstorms), no cancellation fees will be charged.
- In the event of light rain, the guide will determine whether the tour can proceed. Should cancellation be necessary, participants must comply with the guide's decision.

What happens on rainy days or during bad weather?
Safety is our top priority. We may cancel tours or modify parts of the itinerary due to weather conditions.
In case of cancellation, we will notify you by 5:00 PM on the day of the tour. Full refunds will be issued for cancellations made the day before or on the day of the tour.
If safety can be ensured even in rainy conditions, we may proceed with adjustments to the itinerary.
I'm not good with bugs or animals, but can I still participate?
On night tours, you may encounter creatures unique to Miyako Island, such as coconut crabs and frogs.
Our guides will maintain a safe distance from wildlife and ensure your safety, so please rest assured.
If you're uncomfortable with animals, you can still enjoy the experience by observing without touching.
Can children and elderly people participate?
The Adventure Course includes cave exploration and features some uneven terrain, rocky areas, and narrow passages.
For safety reasons, participation is limited to individuals aged 70 or younger and elementary school students and above.
Those with physical or mental health concerns, or pre-existing knee or back conditions, should consult us beforehand.
We also offer gentler options like the “Stargazing Tour” and “Jungle Course” tailored to varying fitness levels.
